When translated into English Ikamva Labantwana Bethu means “Our Children’s Future”. The message is that the children are the future and our tomorrow. The future of our children is bright and beautiful, and the future of our children starts today.

ILB’s vision is to change the community of Crossroads for the better. The ultimate mission of Ikamva Labantwana Bethu is to transform the township of Crossroads and surrounding townships into a place of peace, a place where kids have access to quality education, a place where the out of school youth are equipped with skills.

The tool of transformation in this vision is education, skills development and employment creation for the youth and adults of Crossroads and its neighbouring townships.
